V0B 1M0 (250) 423-6091 / 423-7324		If you purchased a day pass you should print 2 copies of your receipt. 1ST copy should be on your person and second should be deposited in FNS day pass envelope at the trail head. All people skiing FNS trails must sign in at the trail head (if possible). One day pass fee is required for each day you ski. If you purchased a membership you can mail it to us or drop it off at one of our membership coordinators. Please indicate on your application how you wish to have your trail buttons delivered. If you purchase a FNS membership a day pass is not required, however donations are appreciated at any time. As a pass holder or member you can now help enforce the guidelines of the Fernie Nordic Society trails. This means when trails are marked no dogs or walkers, you are empowered to advise violators that this is not permitted on FNS trails. Since you have paid and are also supporting FNS you might wish to encourage trail users that do not have a FNS button or FNS pass label to wear theirs when on the FNS trails. Waiver: I hereby release the Fernie Nordic Society (FNS), its agents, representatives and members from any and all claims or rights to damages for any injuries or losses incurred by me or my family directly or indirectly during my/our participation in any FNS sponsored events, races, clinics, trail work, ski or exercise sessions or any other FNS activities. I understand that cross country skiing can be a potentially dangerous activity. I agree that failure to obey regulations, signs and safety procedures will result in loss of trail privileges. This waiver applies to the person or persons signing above and all of the minor members listed above. IN CONSIDERATION OF CCC, CCBC and The Fernie Nordic Society Ski Club, acceptance of me as a registered member of the Association, and my being permitted to take part in the Association's events, activities, and programs, I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, forever release, discharge, hold harmless CCC, CCBC, The Fernie Nordic Society Ski Club, it's directors, officers, employees, representatives or agents.
